- A truck driver shortage is causing overall prices to rise on many consumer goods.
- Amazon is raising their Prime subscription price by 20%(!!)
- Gas prices are going up up up.
- Food prices are going up too.
- Home prices are increasing twice as fast as income growth (how is that sustainable??).
- Ditto rent prices.
- Even the price of cheap wine is getting much more expensive.

I think we amight stop our prime subscription. It is so convenient, particular since my adult kids share the same account and we can deliver things to each other as needed. I'm still deciding.
ReplyDeleteI saw that you can subscribe monthly for Prime which I might do around Christmas if the free shipping will cost more than the monthly fee.
DeleteI was just in my grocery store yesterday and we were all talking how everything is going up in price especially our property taxes but unfortunately, not our pay. I live in the Pacific Northwest so I am glad to hear it is just not us that is thinking this way and feeling the pinch.
ReplyDeleteI am really shocked by how much home prices in the PNW have gone up over the past few years! I didn't realize property taxes were increasing so much too.
