We have a new feral cat. We thought this was our old feral cat because they look almost identical but this one is fatter (pregnant?) and terrified of people (I had to use the zoom on my camera because if we get close to the door to look at her she takes off, our old feral cat just backs up a few feet when we open the door to giver her food). Hubby was wondering why one skinny cat was eating so much food and now we know why. We think this may be one of the old feral cat's kittens from a previous litter.

What a sweet looking kitty! Poor baby is scared. I hope maybe he/she will relax when they come to learn that they will have a meal at your house. We have one male that comes up each evening and morning. He waits until I come out with the food, and he lets me sit on the patio when he eats, but he gets startled if I move near him. I just leave him be and watch him eat. He never hangs around...just eats and leaves.
ReplyDeleteFunny how cats just show up expecting to be fed and we humans immediately comply!
DeleteI think I wasn't logged in when I left that comment about the stray cat, but it was me!
