I'm so desperate to walk that I have been using the treadmill for the past few days. It's lots less enjoyable than walking outside but desperate times call for desperate measures!
I definitely don't enjoy the heat. It's 100 here (bay area) & not my jam. fingers crossed the heat wave breaks & we all get back to being able to be outside!
